Roles and Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales representation of Service Assurance

• Post-Sales representation of Service Assurance

• Internal Transformation

• Customer moves (Lift & Shift)

• Internal Interface Agreements

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Project Management

• Good communication skills at all levels internally and externally

• Time Management

• Good understanding of the Service Assurance structure, processes, tooling and work flows

• Knowledge of the Business Transformation and priorities
