Oracle NetSuite is looking for a passionate product leader to drive and manage the next generation Business Intelligence capabilities of our award-winning business management suite. As a Group Manager of Product Management for SuiteAnalytics, your responsibilities will include managing an inbound team of product managers, understanding customer requirements, creating and executing the product strategy and roadmaps, and working with world-class teams to deliver features for our report building and advanced search functionality.

To succeed in this role, you must be a proven product leader who can deliver complex projects, manage multiple teams, and build business applications with great customer experience.

  • Deeply understand and represent the needs of current and target customers through quantitative and qualitative customer research. Be the voice of the customer to internal teams.

  • Contribute to NetSuite’s business analytics strategy. Own SuiteAnalytics feature backlogs. Execute the multi-year roadmap to achieve the goals and strategy for this critical product area as well as maximizing customer benefits.

  • Lead a team of product managers to create user stories and detailed product requirements that clearly articulate desired product functionality. Advise on and manage generic analytics and search requirements for other areas of the NetSuite product.

  • Collaborate with Development, QA, Doc, and User Experience to deliver great products to our customers.

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Support and Training to successfully rollout our products and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience.


  • 10 years experience building software. Thorough understanding of PM skills, processes and best practices.

  • A passionate product person with ability to understand customer needs and deliver great solutions. A track record for building products with exceptional user experience.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills. Ability to create a winning roadmap to achieve business goals while making difficult tradeoff decisions.

  • Business analytics expertise, experience with data warehouse architectures and techniques, report design and reporting tools, search methodologies, and an understanding of existing business analytics solutions in the market is strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with business application software such as ERP and CRM systems and customization approaches used in these systems is desired.

  • Excellent communication, cross-functional teamwork and project management skills.

  • Computer Science or similar degree.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Manage a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a manager in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
