The People Analytics team is hiring a senior People Data Analyst to join us in Brno, Czech Republic. In this role, you will specialize in data mining, modeling, and analytics. You’ll need to be comfortable working with different data sets and software languages to perform advanced data analysis including A/B testing and correlation and regression analysis. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide consulting recommendations. As a People Data Analyst, you will research and identify organizational tipping points. You’ll also focus on discovering trends within data, visualizing results, and developing professional presentations that provide prescriptive guidance to business leaders on appropriate courses of action.
Primary job responsibilities
Deliver accurate HR reports to cross-functional departments and management for analysis
Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytics needs
Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs
Perform reporting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Provide enablement, training, and documentation to HR and end users
Coordinate with third-party vendors on system issues, tickets, projects, and upgrades
Assist team with metrics system deployments
Partner with HR program owners to understand talent processes and develop advanced models and tools for scenario planning and decision-making
Postgraduate degree or equivalent work experience in analytics
Experience with HR analytics, operational planning, and metrics associated with the activity of long-range financial and business planning
Experience working with HRIS systems like ERP, ATS, and DBS as key data sources
Knowledge of the talent lifecycle and industry trends
Organized and detail-oriented
Motivated, creative, and with a passion for the exploration of data
Customer-facing consulting and data mining skills
Solid consulting, presentation, collaborative, and programmatic analytics skills
Excellent interpersonal, team collaboration, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks at once
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Extensive experience with R and statistical modeling is a plus
