The Red Hat People Infrastructure Operations team is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join us in Brno, Czech Republic. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, maintaining our applicant tracking system, and drafting employment contracts and all new hire related documentation. You'll also manage the new hire onboarding process, prepare employment confirmation letters, and create contract amendments for current associates.
Primary job responsibilities
Schedule interviews for candidates in the Europe, Middle East, and Asia (EMEA) region
Work with managers and recruiters to ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience
Develop relationships with candidates to guide them through the interview process
Arrange travel for candidates and manage reimbursement for interview travel expenses
Administer the applicant tracking system (ATS) to update, audit, and maintain candidate data
Manage incoming candidate queries by providing directions and guidance to our online application process
Create employment contracts and all new hire related documentation; manage delivery and return of all new hire paperwork
Follow up with hiring managers to ensure account requests and laptop orders have been placed for all new hires
Work with the Data Coordination and Payroll teams to create new hire accounts
Coordinate and present at Brno office onboarding days
Contribute to global People Infrastructure Operations team’s projects
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR or finance
1+ year(s) of experience with HR or financial programs (benefits, hiring, HRIS, compensation, training, and compliance)
Excellent interpersonal, team collaboration, and communication skills
Advanced skills with office software like spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
