The Red Hat People team is looking for a People Operations Data Administrator to join us in Brno, Czech Republic. In this role, you will work as part of the Data Coordination (DC) team, processing personal and assignment data of Red Hat associates. You’ll also process purchase orders and invoices for the People (HR) team and collaborate globally with Finance and IT teams. As a People Operations Data Administrator, you will be expected to continually update process documentation and maintain confidentiality about all information that you’ll be assigned to work with.
Primary job responsibilities
Ensure that high volume of DC’s transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Input and audit associates’ personal and assignment data in the employee database
Process purchase orders on behalf of HR and send invoices for payment
Understand all DC processes and support global entries in the employee database
Work in our ticketing system and meet designated service-level agreements (SLAs) for tickets assigned to you
Help keep process documentation current
Maintain complete confidentiality at all times
Collaborate with Red Hatters across the globe, partnering closely with People, Finance, and IT teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with HR or data entry
High attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Proficiency in the use of office software spreadsheets
Fluent language skills in English
Experience in shared services is a plus
