FNZ Production Support Developer in Brno, Czech Republic
The role involves working closely with Production Support Analysts to advise on issues and to find resolution to incidents raised in the live environment.
The role requires a strong understanding of all platforms, operational processes and infrastructure and an ability to work with all areas of the business. Time management and working to deadlines is a key part of this role.
Interaction with other areas of the business on non-production items will also be required from time to time, such as testing, project support etc.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Incident management - identification and resolution
Root cause analysis and advice
Production monitoring - advise on suitability and maintenance
Execute best practice with regards development
Take an active role in understanding the business domain to facilitate incident management
Strict adherence to agreed standards and processes specifically SDLC, etc
The completion of agreed training/self-improvement activities in line with agreed career development plan.
Delivery of agreed outputs within agreed timeframes or the successful negotiation of new time frames.
Participation in team activities
Actively seeking opportunities to provide assistance to peers.
Actively identifying and promoting opportunities for application efficiency improvements or performance improvements.
University degree in IT, mathematics, economics, engineering or other (at least Bachelor’s degree)
English on communicative level
Advantage: experience with Microsoft .NET development products, including C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET and SQL Server
Experience with web development is an advantage
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic fast-paced industry
