AT&T Sr. Associate, Network Svcs Maintenance in Brno, Czech Republic
Monitors the performance of the overall network and its elements, responds to and fixes troubles, and performs preventative and routine maintenance activities. Recommends systems improvements to overall network to maintenance impacts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the requirements, testing, planning & implementation of new software, hardware & applications relative to new product delivery, systems architecture, process enhancements, infrastructure and security.
Works as part of a 24X7 staff to delivers network technical support to address escalations.
Provides the technical troubleshooting and leadership skills required to recover from the most complex network problems in real time to restore service. Identification of root cause, resolution, work arounds, testing & implementation of vendor / IT fixes or design changes
Key Competencies and Skills:
-Knowledge of VOIP & VOLTE required
-Experience in Core IMS & SIP is mandatory
Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality
The ability and prior experience interfacing directly with customers, project managers, internal organizations and companies on Global market.
Capability to work self-directed, establishing goals and policies, obtaining concurrence and executing across subordinate, peer and partner organizations
More than 3 years of business experience with at least 2 years in a technical discipline. Experience in leadership in technical or customer facing team role.
Ability to mentor others required.
Education and Qualifications:
Engineering degree in communications preferred but not a must
Cisco Certifications preferred but not a must: CCNA
