FNZ Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Europe in Brno, Czech Republic

Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition this exciting new role will be responsible for recruitment co-ordination in our European region and will be highly visible to FNZ’s Senior Leadership Team. This role will form part of our new European Talent Acquisition team and will be pivotal in assisting with our recruitment process. In this role, you will truly be a key component in our European Recruitment plans.

  • Liaising with Senior Management to schedule meetings and Interviews.

  • Organise and facilitate Assessment Centres.

  • Organise Executive Search candidate assessment.

  • Ability to facilitate full recruitment process when required.

  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet business requirements.

  • Tracking and reporting recruiting statistics and maintaining our in-house recruiting system with a high level of integrity and accuracy.

  • Participate in global talent acquisition and HR initiatives and promote leading practices.

  • Participate in graduate and university internship recruiting initiatives.

  • Promote brand awareness along with graduate and intern programs at University career fairs where necessary.

  • Produce KPIs to track levels of recruitment, cost of hire, time to fill and source of hire.

  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience.

  • Previous experience working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator – desirable.

  • In-house recruitment function experience - desirable.

  • Able to work with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Ability to work with Senior Stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively as a team to drive an excellent resourcing service to the business.

  • Organised and proactive, with the drive to deliver results and manage self effectively.

  • Fluent in English both written and verbal.

  • Works with others in a collaborative and solution-focused manner to achieve measurable outcomes that improve business performance.

  • Experience in building upon and improving existing processes and procedures.

  • Ability to handle high volume recruitment.
