PPG Industries HR Administrator with Dutch in Jihomoravsky kraj, Czech Republic

_GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS_

You will be a key member of the HR SSC team providing complex HR administration service support, e.g.provide a defined and comprehensive administration service in partnership with the appropriate country/countries HR departments, support respective HR Managers and their SBUs. _ _ _JOB FUNCTION_

  • Provide agreed HR administration for defined HR activities, i.e. new starters, changes, leavers and other processes and activities
  • Manage and update administrative documentation, establishes standard templates
  • Enter and maintain data in Oracle HR database and local system(s), according to any employment related changes
  • Provide documents and other outputs as per agreed deadlines and SLAs
  • Provide reports on weekly, monthly and annual basis or when requested
  • Owner of process documentation - fully responsible for creating/ updating process documentation (work instructions)
  • Support projects and other tasks when requested/instructed by respective supervisor
  • Full knowledge of all HR processes within the respective country/countries
  • Provide guidance, training, support and assistance to new team members (HR Administrators)
  • Communication with internal and external customers to ensure smooth & effective co-operation, ensuring all escalated issues (internal, external) are resolved within timescales
  • Maintain appropriate customer relationship
  • Take responsibility for own professional development and growth in line with agreed PLP

_REQUIREMENTS_:

  • 2-3 years of PPG or external experience
  • Language skills according to supported country/countries and fluent English
  • Proven previous experience in Human Resources
  • Certificated user of Oracle HR and Taleo
  • PC skills (MS Office, Oracle HR, Taleo and other systems per supported country is required)
  • Strong team player with the ability to learn and work independently when necessary
  • Work accurately and focus on detail with attention to SLA timescales
  • Proactive approach when issue solving
  • Excellentorganisationalskills and ability to prioritise work in a fast changing work environment
  • Excellent communication skills across different levels in organization
  • Excellent Customer service skills, ability to build relationship with customer
