HR Business Partner for dedicated department and managers.

Scope of Employment:

  • To be a strategic partner for dedicated department managers and employees in the plant in execution of HR processes

  • Support managers and employees with all employment related issues (start of employment, personal changes, organizational changes, low performance / disciplinary, termination)

  • Solve complex and diverse HR issues

  • Secure legal compliance with all applicable employment laws in all operating decisions

  • Act as the link between employees, managers and departments

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and validity of HR data in HR data keeping systems

  • Execute complete recruiting process (internal & external) with regards on cost, time and record of relevant data into the HR data keeping system and perform all related activities

  • Build up professional relationship with relevant government authorities and external HR suppliers

  • Produce assigned regular and on-demand reports and statistical information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

  • Assist in communicating and enforcing company policies and procedures

  • Complete special projects as assigned by management and work closely with TE initiatives to support business

Requirements

  • University Degree in HRM/ or secondary education with 5 years of experience in HR

  • Automotive business advantage

  • English spoken and written is a must; German is an advantage

  • SAP HR system advantage

  • Advanced PC skills (MS Office, SAP HR, Outlook, Power Point etc.)

  • Excellent knowledge of Labor code and legislation relevant to HR

  • Flexibility, good Time Management, stress resistance, independency

  • Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills

  • Driving license B
