I. Overview:

  • *The GlobalViewSM Service Organization is committed to providing World Class Service to all clients by hiring, developing and retaining qualified service professionals; by treating each client contact as a service opportunity and by delivering outstanding service and product leadership.As a member of ADP’s GlobalViewSMservice team the Payroll Specialistwill be part of a team responsible for delivering timely and accurate processing of payrolls for ADP GlobalViewSM customers, with a view to deliviring a high quality of service and an optimal client satisfaction

  • *II._ Responsibilities:_

_ _*1) *To produce timely and accurate payroll

  • To collect and validate data supplied by clients

  • To ensure integrity of client and employee data

  • To know the basic processess described in the procedure manual.

2) *To ensure quality controls in the payroll processes and update documentation*

  • Ensure test processes

  • Identify discrepancies

  • To ensure client payroll procedure documentation / user manual is up to date

  • Use of the testing tools

3) *Respond to allocated client queries and takes appropriate action in accordance with service level performance targets*

* * *4) *Highlights and escalates relevant matters that may affect the running of client payrolls

  • Ensure escalation to support or relevant team (legal reports, technical errors, tickets from client)

  • Update CRM tool (queries, issues…)

  • Ensure sharing of informations with team members* *

III. Qualifications:

1. *Experience/Skills:*

* * *­ *Internal hires should fill in the development and performance criteria for the Client Service Representative Level II role­ External hires should have at least 2 years of accountability or country payroll experience and the ability to execute payroll controls

  • Good PC Skills

  • SAP HR Payroll user is a +

  • Client focused, awareness and commitment to client service

  • Ability to meet tight timelines

  • Committed to accuracy

  • Good command of English language

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Native Russian speaker

  • Degree in Business Administration or Accounting (or equivalent in education and experience)
