MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

We are now looking for an analytical and experienced Brand Building Manager with the ability to face challenges to joining our Brand Building Department in our Home Care Team.

PLAY YOUR PART IN OUR FUTURE:

  • make sure that our brands from Home Care Category have the best fitting and consistent marketing strategy

  • establish the yearly plan for Czech Republic and Slovakia

  • build deep, holistic consumer understanding of our brands which will serve as the cornerstone of both the long-term brand/category strategy, and the yearly country plans

  • contribute to the development of a 5-year brand/category strategy and its yearly revisions during the yearly planning cycle

  • develop the yearly brand/category plans (and P&L’s) in full synergy with the long-term plan

  • contribute to the IBP (BMP) process for our brand/category (including NCBP, Audits, Issues and Opportunities, JTBD’s)

  • contribute to yearly activity plans including major product launches, strategic PR development, digital approach and brand activation master packs

  • contribute to the development of financial plans

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A TEAM PLAYER WHO HAS:

  • at least 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing (preferably Brand Development or Trade Marketing in FMCG business)

  • university degree (preferably in Marketing)

  • fluency in English and Czech (daily communication)

  • excellent analytical skills
