Philips CRM Specialist in Prague, Czech Republic

Philips challenges you to use your marketing and sales skills to create growth for our business and yourself. The goal is to establish a profitable long-term relationship with our consumers by developing and enhancing our CRM program connected to our e-shop (Flag Ship Store) in the Central Europe. You will be responsible for managing the organizations CRM ensuring the company can make the most out of marketing opportunities it offers.

In this role, you have the opportunity to use your marketing and sales skills to create growth for our business and yourself - the goal of the role is to establish a profitable long-term relationship with our consumers by developing and enhancing our CRM program connected to our E-shop in CZ&SK. You will be responsible for managing the organization’s CRM ensuring the company can make the most out of marketing opportunities it offers.

You are responsible for

  • Planning and executing CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand

  • Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities

  • Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business

  • Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organization and its customers

  • Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University or advanced degree

  • Up to 3 years of working experience in CRM field / marketing communications / digital marketing

  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Confident communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization

  • Entrepreneurial with creative nature

  • Results driven and pro-active attitude

  • Analytical skills and overall knowledge of CRM KPIs

  • Ability to identify and solve problems

  • Team player, flexible, open minded

  • Fluent English and native Czech

  • Genuine interest for well-being and a healthy lifestyle.
