Our HR teams in Business Services Centre Europe provide a wide-range portfolio of HR related services to our customers. We are supporting SAP employees from the entire EMEA region.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Order to Cash department:
This team deals with customer queries and is responsible to maintain good relationship withexternal and internal customers. They execute operations tasks within Consulting Billing & Education Billing & Accounts Receivable, month-end-closings and specific monitoring.
Procure to pay department:
The task of this team is timely and accurate fulfillment of various tasks in areas of processing of incoming vendor invoices, management of travel expenses and maintenance of fixed assets.
Order management department:
Whether processing license orders for small customers, midmarket enterprises or large corporations, the full product portfolio of SAP software is their daily business.
You would act as a contact person for most Human Resource enquiries and would handle a diverse range of issues and transactions. Work in a team to deliver efficient solutions in a friendly and professional way. In this position you would deal with HR enquiries mainly via email and phone. One of the main tasks is also ongoing update of knowledge and policies in cooperation with other HR departments.
HR Recruitment departement:
You will responsible for administrative support of the EMEA recruiting function. The Recruiting administrator will work very closely with the ‘front-end’ recruiters.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Accounting and collections knowledge/some HR knowledge
Willingness to learn and improve
Strong attention to detail
Strong will to deliver excellent quality
Communication, focused on customer, networked form of personality, self motivation
Enjoy working with customers
You speak English and German
The first professional experience in customer support, with finance and accounting
