About the role

The HR Service Associate in Organizational Management (OM) Data team will carry out the core organizational management tasks like Org Management (OM) data maintenance, Position Management (PM) data maintenance and quality monitoring. On top of the core duties the Associate will focus on supporting the OM/PM tasks related to Mergers and Acquisitions, Quality Management and deployment of new tools. It is expected that the Associate will enrich the process optimization and standardization in the OM Data team based on the experience gained in previous teams and strengthen the cross-regional cooperation.

Expectations and Tasks

Beside the standard Process specialist role will need to focus on:

• Organizational Management data maintenance

• Position Management data maintenance

• Organization & Position Management activities within various projects

• Quality Management

• Bring suggestions and drive enhancements in the area of service optimization with focus on cross regional cooperation and service quality feedback tracking

• Deployment of new tools, administration and documentation

• Carry out any other duties or projects as requested by the OM data Manager

Work experience

• 1 - 3 years experience in HR Services

Education and Qualification

• Upper-intermediate written and spoken English language skills

• University degree preferable

• Analytical thinking

• Capability to work with confidential information

• Ability to work on multiple tasks under pressure and to deadlines

• Strong organizational skills

• Accuracy / attention to detail

• Effectivity to work in virtual team

• Good communication skills (oral and written) with internal and external parties

• Motivated, works in an independent way

• Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
