Summary of Role:

Responsible for selling Support and Deployment services. Provides technical advice to the inside sales teams during the sales process. Accountable for selling Support and Deployment services that address customer needs of varying complexity (via telephone, chat, web, or e-mail); or working with subject matter expert to address a solution of even higher complexity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides specialist advice to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives

  • May own account sets and/or be called into accoun ts as opportunities are identified

  • Identifies customer needs/ requirements, and recommends the appropriate solutions

  • Promotes and positions key strategic service offerings that help drive solutions

  • Remains up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings

  • Stays current on industry and vertical solutions as well

QUALIFICATION:

Essential requirements

  • 2-5 years of hardware and/or services sales experience in high tech industry or equivalent combination of education and work/sales experience

  • Sales and sales pipeline management experience, demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

  • Understanding of customers decision making process, goals, objectives and strategies. Business and financial acumen

  • Assesses potential sales opportunities, develops value propositions and demonstrates skills/strategies around overcoming objections

  • Highly effective presentation and negotiation skills, fluency in English and Czech

  • Ability to develop strong internal / external stakeholder relationships

  • Demonstrated track record of hitting revenue and other sales targets e.g. attach rate of key services

Desirable requirements

  • Education in Business Administration and/or Information Technology
