DNV GL Measurement Technician in Prague, Czech Republic
We are looking for a Measurement Technician for our DNV GL KEMA Laboratories in Prague, the Czech Republic.
Participates on technical meetings and suggests topics for the discussions regarding measuring;
Preparation of the hardware and software for the measurements according to IEC standards and internal DNV GL KEMA procedures;
Co-ordinate the execution of mandates/project with the Project Manager/ Test Engineer ;
Manage the local measurement assets including handling of measurement equipment;
Evaluate the measure data and prepare inputs for reporting department;
Develop the new testing methods including measurement components sensors, A/D converters and transient recorders;
Operates video cameras and high speed cameras for the test;
Cooperation ith external clients.
Electrical, Electronic, Energetic Technician diploma – secondary or higher education;
Knowledge of electrical, electronic, communication and control systems;
Knowledge of current measuring devices, temperature and voltage;
Fluent in English and Czech language (written and orally);
Proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to learn new software;
Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical schematics;
Able to work effectively and professionally with diverse people – clients and co-workers;
High level of integrity and confidentiality;
Valid driver’s license (group B) will be an advantage.
