Our Order Management Software Department with Global Financial Shared Services supports the administration of SAP license and maintenance software contracts for the whole EMEA region. Whether processing license orders for small customers, midmarket enterprises or large corporations, the full product portfolio of SAP software is our daily business.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As an Order Management Administrator, you will act as a daily point of contact for both internal and external customers and take ownership of the order management process. This will involve checking and inputting incoming orders, raising invoices and issuing credit notes and providing post-sales support on contractual issues.
Through developing your financial and technical skills you will find creative ways to solve problems and improve process and efficiencies.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
A keen eye for detail, proficiency in English and one other language, and a qualification in business or accounting is an advantage.
Ideally you will have previous experience in accounting and with SAP systems, specifically FI module.
