ADP Process Automation Consultant in Prague, Czech Republic

Job Responsibilities:(Description)

The Process Automation Consultant will be a key member of the local Business Excellence team. The role will report directly to the in country BPI leader. This role will be responsible foridentifying automation opportunities, delivering process analysis to formulate business cases, creating Process Definition documentation and input into the Solution Design.It will include maintaining and managing project plans, managing project stakeholders, coordinating activities between GPT, GETS and CoE and tracking and communicating progress locally for on time delivery.This role requires a high level of expertise in Process Automation, Process Re-engineering and Project Management.Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite as is the ability to demonstrate a significant amount of knowledge in working on technology solutions, more specifically in relation to process automation and ideally in Robotic Process Automation.

This role will have no direct reports


To identify, justify and support delivery of Process Automation opportunities, including RPA and BPMS, leveraging ADP’s technical platforms of choice across the business unit. All to be consistently delivered in collaboration with the local BPI, Service, Implementation and functional teams and the central RPA and BPMS COEs.

Job responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze business processes to identify potential opportunities for automation

  • Facilitate workshops with the business operations and functional teams to understand the end to end to end processes

  • Use workflow based logic to understand a current state of the business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize future state of the same in an automated solution.

  • Work with business Leaders and the RPA CoE to create a compelling Business Case for suitable process automation opportunities

  • Create accurate Process Definition documentation

  • Liaise between GPT, GETS and central RPA and BPMS CoE teams to ensure that any future product releases are communicated to the central teams in time for any necessary Process Automation change requirements

  • Support Business and Technical Project Managers in developing project plans & timelines, establishing project deliverables and tracking project status.

  • Facilitate local automation prioritization and roadmap development

  • Support requirements gathering, including the collection of operational data to be included into any business case and to accurately measure automation impact.

Experience, Skills, Academic


  • 3+ Year Experience with RPA or other automation ideally Blue Prism and IBM BPMS

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process consulting

  • High level of expertise working on Visio or similar process mapping tools

  • Very strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Technology Project Management skills

  • Cross functional, Cross Border collaboration skills

Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills

Educational background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or any relatedDegree, or equivalent experience

  • Preferably Lean Six Sigma Certified

Preferably PMP or Prince 2 Certified
