As a manager responsible for the SAP Ariba consulting delivery in Prague, you have a key role in transforming businesses through the implementation and use of the leading cloud procurement solutions of SAP Ariba.

Initially you will be acting as a project/program manager on high visibility engagements. You understand this is required to acquire a better understanding of the particulars of an SAP Ariba cloud project. In this role, you are responsible for achieving sound, high quality deliverables on time and within budget. You can manage the client relationship and influence opinions and decisions. You understand the commercial aspects of an engagement and feel personally responsible for delivering a successful and profitable project to the customer.
At a later stage, you will provide guidance to project managers in your team, ensuring they have the tools and the expertise to be successful.

Bachelor’s degree in business / computer sciences or equivalent degree
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT- or procurement-consulting
Experience with SAP solutions, especially in the procurement space (e.g. SAP SRM, ECC/MM, MDG-S, other)
Proven experience as a project manager
Ability to travel in Europe 60%.
Fluent English speaking and writing abilities
Qualifications that are a plus
Master’s degree in business
Work experience using project management methods (e.g. PMI)
Knowledge or Ariba solutions and Cloud delivery model
Knowledge of procurement operations
Proven track record in people management
