s part of the HR Service Centre Organization the Czech Payroll Associate – Student Support administers and coordinates the HR and Payroll relevant activities in terms of personal file administration, scanning and archiving.
The contract is a working agreement (DPC).
Tasks and Responsibilities
Support administration of employees‘ personal files
Handle HR and Payroll relevant documents of employees and scan them into a workflow
Archive HR and Payroll relevant documents in paper form as well as into an optical archive
Support administration and preparation of certain Payroll related statistics and analyses
Support the overall Payroll related activities
Education and skills

SAP system knowledge and HR application knowledge as an advantage
