Cash Application Representative with French

Location: Prague, Smíchovské nádraží

Job specification:

Do you like finance and data? Are you experienced in work with MS Excel? Do you have already experience from finance or you have financial background? We are looking for candidates who like to work with numbers, have an eye for detail and possess strong analytical & communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting of different types of incoming payments, minimizing unapplied cash and unidentified balances

  • Ensuring smooth onboarding of new businesses or projects

  • Champion standardization and process improvements within, as well as outside the market in scope

  • User acceptance testing of ERP systems

  • Administration of various bank accounts

  • Monthly accounts reconciliation

  • Reporting and data analysis

  • Key point of contact for local teams within EMEA region

  • Coordination and issue resolution with other departments

  • Responsible for meeting departmental performance indicators and audit results

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • English - fluent spoken and written

  • French - intermediate

  • Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in a similar job in finance or accounting is an advantage

  • Independent worker, requiring only occasionally supervision

  • Ability to solve difficult situations using own judgment and sense of initiative

  • Eye for detail

  • Strong analytical and communication skills
