Customer Enablement Trainer

Location: Prague

The Customer Enablement Trainer is responsible for delivering and/or facilitating customer service training across the EMEA Customer Service organization.

This individual will identify gaps in organizational skills and training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides support and instructional design for the development of materials for orientation, technical training, workstation practices, safety, product training and documentation.

  • Assists in administration of tests/ training requirements for participants.

  • Assists in interpretation and explanation of documents such as technical data, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Researches relevant resources as needed.

  • Collects data and compiles request from customer groups on training needs, progress, and other relevant topics.

  • Proofreads and updates training materials as directed.

  • Maintains and updates examples of technical and business issues to develop solutions for training purposes.

  • Records and tracks improvement in operating time, yields, ergonomics, handling, and processes.

  • Monitors workstation practices and reports incompliance activities.


  • University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

  • 2-4 years’ relevant experience

  • Fluent English

  • Knowledge of MS Office, SAP

  • Ability to make quick decisions

  • Perform efficiently and effectively

  • Deal with multi-source of information

  • Demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communications
