The Document Management Specialist will manage internal documentation, including training materials, customer documentation regulatory risk and compliance, and other information needs. They will maintain the identified learning management system(s) used for document management and manage the document inventory.
Responsible for collecting documentation requirements across EMEA Customer Service organization.
Develop plan to structure internal knowledge and training documentation used to guide customer interactions.
Responsible for maintenance of document library including updated documents and overall folder structure.
Create documentation templates to ensure standard approach across Customer Service organization.
Ensure documentation is accessible and readily available to appropriate users.
Work with Training Manager, Quality Monitoring Manager, and Customer Service Leads to maintain relevant knowledge and training documentation.
University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
4-6 years of relevant experience
Technical skills: MS Office, SAP, CIC
Ability to make quick decisions and deal with multi-source of information
Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communications
