We are looking for a motivated, proactive and positive personality to our Inventory Team in Johnson&Johnson Global Business Services in Prague. If you have passion for financial & accounting and you are detail orientated then you should apply!
For what will you be responsible?
Reconciliation of transit accounts(both Affiliate & GMED books) – investigation and review of issues
Support main customer (GMED) in Base Inventory reconciliation investigate & correct differences
Track issues with all necessary details including suggestion for solution based on information from all parties involved
Support accounts reconciliations and prepare repairing journal entries in order to clean the balances
Conduct basic research improving related issues
Are you an ideal candidate for us?
We are looking for motivated professional who is/has:
Financial & accounting / Supply Chain background
Advanced MS Excel knowledge required (Pivot, VLOOKUP...)
Advanced level of written and oral English
Strong adaptability skills
Very good team player, assertive and result oriented
Organized – good time management & able to set priorities
Stress resistant – ability to work under pressure
