Edwards Lifesciences Manager HR Projects & HRIS in Czech Republic

Role Purpose:

  • Manage and contribute to regional/global HR projects and oversee the delivery and administration of all Human Resources Information systems in the EMEA region.

  • Improve the efficiency with which data on employees and HR activities are compiled and reported.

Major Job Functions:

  • Manage reporting & dashboards required for HR planning and management decision making.

  • Manage full cycle of regional HR projects and actively contribute to global HR projects. HR projects are mainly related to leading HR information systems upgrades & implementation, process set up & optimizations, data management, and HR service centralization in EMEA.

  • Review current administration of HR Systems in order to maximize efficiency

  • Understand the capabilities of current HR Systems and identify unutilized functionalities that could improve efficiency and decrease admin workload within the HR team

  • Identify HR transaction that could be managed via HRIS

  • Liaison with global US HRIS team to

  • represent EMEA needs on HRIS systems,

  • ensure consistency in global HRIS processes

  • Cooperate closely with HR Specialist, HR Business partners, and HR Country organization in EMEA and LATAM

  • Manage team of HRIS professionals


Required Education/Skills/Experience:

  • Min. bachelor degree major in Economics, Human Resources or applied Information systems

  • Minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience in local and central roles in a multinational environment

  • Proven experience leading projects and good knowledge of project methodology

  • Strong communication skills and negotiation skills

  • Strong relationship skills

  • Advanced analytical skills

  • Affinity to IT Systems and preferably experience with SAP and Oracle based Systems

  • Fluent in English

  • Self-motivated and motivating to others

  • Goal-oriented with high level of energy

  • Excellent time management
