Purchase order manager with Italian and German

Location: Prague

Full-time temporary contract for 12 months

Responsibilities:

  • Reassign open P2P items (PO, RFI, MM) in case of broken approval flow

  • Act as key contact point for SSC for operational questions (exceptional cases) as well as Ariba master data updates

  • Participate in KPI reviews with CIT & Service Delivery Manager

  • Plan and execute local P2P improvement initiatives in partnership with Continuous Improvement Team (CIT)

  • Communicate P2P process/system changes to affiliate users

  • Meet and assist team in meeting dashboard metrics related to Procurement

  • Assist local finance teams with finance processes overlapping R2P, e.g. GR/IR clearing, over/under accrual report, …

  • Periodically review & communicate to the business open SharePoint forms and open RFI/MMs

  • Maintain & update all local R2P SOPs

  • Back-up and assist R2P Lead with team coordination & development activities

  • RFI/MM ageing monitoring

  • Solving RFI

  • Access to approvers

  • Change in approval flow

  • ARIBA all changes and issues (templates)

  • Closing PO (POCC + support on closing)

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Procure to Pay process

  • At least three years experience in a similar job in finance / accounting / customer service environment

  • Willing to support less experienced colleagues

  • Independent worker, requiring only occasionally supervision

  • Ability to solve difficult situations using own judgment and sense of initiative

  • Advanced understanding of English (written & oral)

  • Second foreign language - advantage
