Edwards Lifesciences Sales Operations Success Lead in Czech Republic
Identification of opportunities to useSFDC to positively impact business strategy and performance.
Facilitation a continuous planningprocess. Works with business to manage and prioritize the planning of solutionsdevelopment. Analyzes potential solutions to estimate value to the organizationand ROI.
Collaborate with Business to design andarchitect solutions on the Salesforce.com platform
Own overall relationship with internal customers,which include: increasing adoption and satisfaction
Elicitation of requirements and needsvia interviews document analysis, workshops, surveys,business process descriptions, use cases,scenarios, business analysis task and workflow analysis
Critically evaluate informationgathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high levelinformation into details, abstract up from low level information to a generalunderstanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Establish a trusted / strategic advisorrelationship with each internal customer
Act as a liaison to the business and Deliveryteam
Closely cooperate with business inorder to be able to propose process enhancements to be supported by SFDC
Advocate customer needs/issuescross-departmentally.
Supports development long term strategyof using SFDC as a key sales support tool
Reports within the Sales Operationsorganization
3 years of relevantexperience – IT architect, Senior Analyst, etc.
Minimum 2-year experience withSalesforce.com or other CRM platforms
Understanding of Internet, Intranet,Extranet, client/server and cloud-based architectures
Experience with Business Intelligence /Analytics usage
Understanding / exposure to businessplanning processes in sales organization, pricing, territory management,performance evaluation
Proficient in Office software.
Understand core Sales / Marketingprocesses to be able to propose solutionincreasing sales/marketing effectiveness
Experience collaborating with businessowners and implementation teams to translate requirements into technicalsolutions
Excellent communications skills bothwritten and spoken
Intense curiosity and a sincereinterest in learning new technologies, platforms, business processes
Additional qualifications which will be a plus for the role:
Certification: Salesforce Sales CloudConsultant or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant; Salesforce App Builder orSalesforce Developer; Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Architect
Knowledge of all phases of softwaredevelopment including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing(integration, user, and performance), debugging, implementation, and support
Experience with Agile delivery methods
Understanding of applicationprogramming, database and system design
