Sales Representative –Surgical Innovations, Czech Republic

We are looking for a sales-driven, and customer oriented Sales Representative, who will be responsible for sales on wide range of Medtronic high quality SI products. As Sales Representative, you will develop and maintain network of accounts to expand the utilization of device therapies, diagnostics, and monitoring for the disease management, according to current and future guidelines. You will collect market intelligence data and follow and report competition activities. Your daily responsibility will involve liaising with our Key Clients and focusing on sales of Medtronic products in accordance with company programmes and instructions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Presentand sell products and services to current and potential clients in area of responsibility

  • Achieve agreed targets, focus onsales growth

  • Implement sales marketingstrategies

  • Ensure successful product launches

  • Build on well establishedrelationships to become an expert advisor to healthcare professionals

  • Build strong and lastingrelationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasingprocess.

  • Maintain expert knowledge inclinical procedures

  • Educate referring healthcareprofessionals on clinical evidence of defined therapies demonstrating improvedpatient outcomes

  • Reports all account, market andcompetitive information and trends and metrics in a comprehensive, complete andtimely fashion using defined tools

  • Conduct territory and market dataanalysis

Skills Qualifications

  • Experience insales and/or marketing with territory budget responsibility, preferably inmedical devices industry

  • Strong salesand target driven, with proven sales record

  • Proven trackrecord of delivering results

  • Ability to becomfortable in operational theatre environment

  • Ability tounderstand and communicate detailed technical terminology

  • Ability tobuild strong business relationship with customers

  • UniversityDegree

  • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills on all levels and to all departmentswithin a hospital

  • Strongnegotiation skills

  • Englishcommand – preferred, but not necessary

  • Willingness to travel, min. 30% of time
