Senior Inventory Analyst

Location: Prague


  • Finalization, control & communication of final Inventory statements & reports (Finished Goods or Fixed Assets) on monthly basis including detailed data analysis with necessary explanation, corrections & Journal Entry posting by using JDE 8.12, SQL & Excel

  • Support main customer (GMED, Turkey, CEE countries) in finalization & control of various Inventory reserves (EG. SLOB, Quarantined items, Destructions, Inventory Adjustments) with P&L impact

  • Reconciliation of Inventory ledgers by comparison of real stock (sub ledger table) with General Ledger, determine discrepancies & resolve them with identified stakeholders (IT, Customer Service, Warehouse, Local finance)

  • Testing & revision of new coming processes & continuous improvement

  • Identify root causes of repeating issues and suggest & coordinate issue solution

  • Track & revise issues in Issue log (issue tracking tool)

  • Help & support other team member with transactional duties (invoices, setups…)

  • Review the processes and drive improvements together with standardization

  • Provide trainings to analysts & new joiners

  • Proactively and timely answer queries from all stakeholders


  • Ensure that all Inventory data are timely reported & shared, making sure that the data are accurate and sales recognition terms are met by Month End

  • Make sure that Key Performance Indicators are delivered within the targets

  • Act as source of knowledge for analysts & stakeholders

  • Maintain all related documents for the process and update them accordingly including Compliance part (Roles & Responsibilities, SOP, work instructions etc.)


  • Financial & accounting background at least Bachelor degree

  • Minimum one year of experience as Inventory Analyst

  • Proficient level of oral and written English

  • JDE 8.12 and SQL advanced knowledge

  • Strong MS Office skills mainly Excel

  • Stress resistant – able to work under pressure

  • Organized – good time management & able to set priorities

  • Very good team player, assertive and result oriented

  • Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently

  • Propose areas for improvement


  • Master in Finance / IT

  • Advanced analytical skills

  • Experience working in Shared Service Center
