Sr. Total Rewards Analyst EMEA

Location: Prague

Your role:

  • assist in reviewing, designing and implementing compensation plans and benefits programs in the EMEA region in cooperation with global, regional and local stakeholders

  • ensure the global governance of our Total Rewards practices

  • interpret, analyze and apply guidelines for management and executive job leveling and organizational design; benchmark Total Rewards programs relative to market and peer group companies and perform analyses to determine our competitive position. Work together with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on Total Reward issues and respond to ad-hoc questions

  • make complex hiring/promotion proposals, including executive offers, long term incentive valuations and total compensation and benefits comparisons

  • understand the impact on compensation and benefits in the case of cross-country hiring and international transfers

Qualifications

  • knowledge of EMEA Total Rewards programs, trends and practices

  • an understanding of areas that need to be considered when looking at Total Rewards plan design as well as a solid background in multiple countries practices

  • good understanding of taxation/tax impact in the countries in EMEA

  • ideally experience in the pharma, consumer goods or medical devices industry

  • experience in working in a matrix organization

  • a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Total Rewards in an international environment
