The Workforce Manager is responsible for developing the approach to allocate and assign Customer Service resources to manage customer service transactions and demands.
Individual will own resource forecasting and scheduling practices and provide input for the workflow management process.
Provide oversight for the development of workflow schedules to align Customer Service resource support with customer needs.
Maintain open channels of communication across Customer Service organization to solve for scheduling and staffing issues.
Provide oversight of resource scheduling to balance resource supply with customer demand.
Evaluate improvement solutions across Customer Service forecasting and scheduling processes.
Participate in demand review process to evaluate forecasting software and supporting systems.
Evaluate reporting needs across EMEA Customer Service organization.
Review reporting and analysis to identify trends and improve workforce management process.
Evaluate gap analysis reports to address forecast and actual variances.
University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
8-10 years’ relevant experience
Knowlege of MS Offie, SAP
Ability to make quick decisions
Perform efficiently and effectively
Demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communication
