Position Description

We are looking for our Prague office (Czech Republic):Assistant Accountant _ Concur (Travel Expenses)This position supports the company’s expense system Concur.Main responsibilities will cover:• Routine regular review of company credit cards spendings and related expense report submissions• Analysis of time delays and mismatches• Matching payments and expense reports to ensure a regular clearing of relevant accounts and to decrease the fraud risk in the T&E area. Maintaining number of open items in SAP to a minimum. Analysis and cleanup of FX differences.• Analysis of balances per employee in time, searching for anomalies• Clearing of aged open items on balance sheet accounts in the T&E area• Maintaining list of credit cards for all employees for Europe, ensuring transactions data feed from banks to the expense system (Concur)• Ensuring proper upload of card payments with allocation to all employees into SAP – cooperation with the outsource provider (Genpact) and relevant banks

We look for:• Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting or in a relevant finance technical discipline• 2-3 years of previous experience working in Finance• Previous experience working within or alongside a ‘back office’ shared service environment• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively in a team environment• Ability to handle multiple priorities• Willingness to support other team members and department initiatives in addition to normal responsibilitiesFLUENT ENGLISH
