Preferred Qualifications


Responsible for the delivery of customisation services for NetSuite clients. Responsible for managing clients in post-sales environments. Working with the rest of the Consulting department, this position will quickly assess client needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems and implement these plans to the client's satisfaction. A Consultant must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority. Working with aggressive timelines and a full client portfolio is required. Daily interaction with customers, delivery of NetSuite solutions and close communication with Project Manager and other team members. Facilitating customer workshops, driving the agenda, securing support at all levels and implementing NetSuite. In addition, the Consultant will work with the customer to configure/customise the NetSuite application to meet their business requirements. Documenting and overseeing the documentation of business processes, business mapping, and business requirements and meeting notes. Attend internal meetings including knowledge transfers and Q&A. The Consultant will provide customers with as needed consulting and general assistance and be a 'go-to' resource for specific functional areas. Achieve billable targets and revenue contribution. Working and interacting with customers in the configuration of their NetSuite system. Building successful customer relationships. The Consultant will be expected to contribute to the solutions repository/best practices and knowledge share activities at NetSuite.

Minimum Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems

 At least 3 years’ experience in systems applications consulting (ERP/Financials), either externally with a large Tier-One SI/Consulting firm or ERP Vendor.

 Mastery of Microsoft Office Products

 Consulting experience in common industry standard business practices, such as ERP, SFA/CRM, or Ecommerce

 Industry knowledge of any of the following fields: Software / Services / Wholesale Distribution / Retail / Manufacturing

 Ability to effectively implement an ERP, SFA/CRM or Ecommerce Solution

 Fluent in any of German, Dutch, French, Scandinavian languages preferred


  • Travel will be 30 – 50% for this role

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
