AT&T HR Country Operations Specialist in Brno, Czech Republic

Location: Brno, Czech Repubic

Working time: EMEA hours

Roles and Responsibilities:

This role provides daily support to both onsite and remote employees and is their main point of contact for all the HR related topics. It fills the administration related duties that need to be done accurately, in timely manner and with high attention to detail. Operates within the matrix organization and develops effective working relationships among the HR organization, leadership and employees.

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Fluent in Czech & English - both spoken and business written

  • Preferable 1-2 year experience gained within an HR function

  • Basic knowledge of Czech Labor Law advantageous

  • Solid experience with MS Office, specifically Excel and Word

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self confident, knowledgeable and pragmatic

  • Stress resistant, able to work with strict deadlines

  • Able to dig into the details but at the same time capable of differentiating essential versus non essential details

  • Administrative skills, data handling and reporting

  • Very well organized, very structured in how work is handled

  • Self sufficient, independent, pro-active, able to pick up the phone and discuss topics in an international environment

  • Project Management Skills would be advantageous

  • Ideally - Experienced in working and understanding the complexities of operating in an international environment

Education and Qualifications:

University degree in HR is a plus
