IDC is looking for Application Support Specialist who has technical and communication skills to support our in-house build system. On this position you will be primarily responsible for resolving user technical problems. In the beginning using administration console, later on we expect you to start automating configuration changes using Python/SQL.

You will:

• Communicate with users and to resolve their technical issues

• Closely cooperate with the core development team

• Build and maintain technical documentation

• Build and maintain SQL/Python scripts

What we need from you?

• Have basic experience with SQL or Python

• English on Level B2 or higher
