We’re seeking a Client Manager, based in our Prague office. In this role, the Client Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing client portfolio, fulfilling or exceeding revenue and retention targets. The Client Manager is responsible for delivering high quality service and exhibiting high levels of self motivation and target focus while holding customer satisfaction as paramount. You will also identify, develop and execute hedging strategies (forwards, option structure) for SMEs and small Corporate Clients.

  • Responsible for individual portfolio (90 to 120 clients) ensure revenue growth and client retention, complete portfolio management, deliver professional customer service

  • Assigned Trans and Core portfolio between 10 to 12 million CZK annual revenue

  • Develop proposals for key decision-makers to offer range of appropriate solutions to help the business growth

  • Cooperate with Corporate Hedging Manager on hedging proposal

  • Work closely with sales team to ensure seamless support for clients, especially in the clients transitioning

  • Monitor account performance and activity for own portfolio and forecast client revenue

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the foreign exchange market to provide relevant market information to clients

  • Review reported economic and financial data and act as the primary branch / client source of foreign exchange market knowledge, information, and expertise

  • Maintain high level of market knowledge and communicate it to the clients as required

  • Solve efficiently client issues, provide feedback and ideas for improvement to the Client Group Manager

What you will need to succeed:

  • Degree educated or equivalent working experience

  • Sales orientated individual with FX market knowledge

  • Someone who is client facing and able to use their knowledge to offer them hedging tools according to market volatility

  • Knowledge of hedging tools

  • Proactive individual

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to write incisively and overcome obstacles when speaking to clients

  • Able to communicate in English

  • Quick learner

  • You have worked in FX or Financial Services before

  • You have or are working in Sales Treasury

  • Experience of supporting dealers in Treasury, in corporation with Relationship Managers
