Job overview:

As a Client Support Analyst for SAP Concur Travel booking tool, you will combine troubleshooting skills with Travel industry expertise, which will ultimately result in a high level of client satisfaction. In this role you will be managing the incoming querries within SLA, but you will also occasionally be a point of contact and expected to start the escalation process to resolve and/or reassign complex issues to ensure a rapid and efficient resolution to clients‘ querries.

From the position of Client Support Analyst it is essential that you also maintain a good and close cooperation with other internal partners, cross-functional organizations and departments within SAP Concur while targeting the same ultimate purpose – a high level of customer satisfaction. The Client Support Analyst must be already living in the Czech Republic and considering a relocation to the Capital City, Prague, or be already located here.

Responsibilities:

  • You will respond to and resolve straight forward service-related and customer issues received via the Client Support Portal

  • You will use your troubleshooting capabilities and fully diagnose the reported issues in order to resolve them within the SLA

  • Maintain a strong passion for solving problems, identify service gaps and escalate as appropriate

  • Train customers on basic production functionality

  • Act as a first line of relationship management with our client, using your strong written and verbal communication skills via the reported issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in an IT / technical field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Travel industry working with or for a Travel Management Company, Global Distribution Systems / Travel reservations, Online Booking Tool or Airline booking or similar; knowledge of platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc. would be a considerable plus

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment under minimal supervision

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

  • Excellent English is a must

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Coaching and training experience is a plus

  • Fluency in French or German would be a distinct advantage
