The Partner Onboarding Manager’s role is to help hotel and ground service partners to integrate their content into the SAP Concur Travel Online Booking Engine using SAP Concur standard APIs. Working with hotel and ground partners and collaborating with product managers, agile teams and client support the Partner Onboarding Manager completes project milestones, builds the environments, provides knowledge transfer to partners, assists in integration work, creates and updates user documentation and transitions the partner to their Production environment.

  • Ability to lead partner training and knowledge transfer sessions.

  • Configure all direct connect interfaces: travel configuration, supplier specific setup etc.

  • Perform general issue troubleshooting and resolution, including escalations to applicable product manager.

  • Communicate "best practice" recommendations based on prior experiences, and effectively troubleshoot and solve partner/client issues caused by unique partner circumstances or software misconfiguration.

  • Support partner’s testing cycles – research complex customer problems, issues, and circumstances and provide recommendation, alternatives and risk assessments to stakeholders.

  • Responsible for the migration of configurations to production.

  • Liaison with product managers on prioritization of items.

  • Liaison with partner/client team members and SAP Concur internal resources to ensure understanding and clear communications.

  • Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, and ensuring creative/technical success.

  • Develop and maintain technical product knowledge.

  • Provide contributions to partner onboarding project methodology and document library, which includes development of new documents/processes as well as updating existing documents/processes.

  • Mentor peers on the team as appropriate.

  • Communicate consistently and regularly partner project status and progress with product managers

  • Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies

What you'll need to be successful:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience desired.

  • Strong SAP Concur Travel experience as a user, service administrator or implementation manager.

  • Travel industry background with preference on hotel and ground transport.

  • Experience in integration, and/or implementation of cloud based SaaS environments.

  • Project management experience is a plus.

  • Good communication/presentation skills.

  • Analysis and troubleshooting skills.

  • Working knowledge of flat file, XML files, and web service integrations.

  • SQL skills preferred – but not mandatory.

  • Ability to pass a background check.

  • Strong English language skills spoken and written.
