Role Summary:

The GE Catalyst Special Process Coordinator will be responsible to qualify and standardize special processes (SP) as part of the GE Catalyst NPI activities.

Coordinator will be responsible to manage external GEAC sub-tier suppliers as well as coordinate internal activites and interfaces to assure the development and qualification of SPs, on time / on cost completion according to engineering & quality requirements for SPs done both internally at GEAC and externally at sub-tiers.

Essential Responsibilities:

Mainly responsible for coordination of all the development activities for SPs to be applied on GEAC manufactured components. Focal point from manufacturing side to support the certification and qualification activities for the SPs.

o Collaborate with GEAC Sourcing and SQE for supplier selection and development of collaboration agreement with SP supplier.

o Coordinate SP suppliers during the SP development activities to assure all the activities are performed on time, on quality and on cost.

o Responsible as main interface between SP supplier and all GE functions.

o Responsible to involve, support and coordinate SQE and SP Certifying Agent (CA) during whole qualification and certification phase.


  • Strong Knowledge of engine component manufacturing and technologies.

  • Proven experience in NPI manufacturing activities and co-development with supplier.

  • Previous experience in coordinating cross functional team and work in international environment.

  • Fluent in English language. Desired Characteristics:
