Edwards Lifesciences 1st level Help Desk with French in Czech Republic


The purpose of this role is to provide 1 st Level IT Support in Edwards Lifesciences IT Help Desk department within the EMEA region.

  • Respondto 1st level requests for technical assistance of end users (employees)via phone and electronically (email, self service portal).

  • Logissue in a tracking system and escalate to 2nd Level HelpDesk if morespecialized assistance is needed.

  • Identifyand escalate situation requiring urgent attention.

  • Interactwith users and co-workers (local & remote) to support identificationand resolution of problems.




  • Theposition does not require long term work experience and so it is alsosuitable for graduates, however experience at similar position could be aplus

  • Proficiencyin English and advancedknowledge of any otherinternational language is required

  • Basictechnical skills at user level, Microsoft Office and Windows operationsystem literacy is required

  • Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills with high level of professionalismand strong customer orientation attitude

  • Teamplayer with a positive attitude
