Full-time, Permanent Contract


  • Monthly review and approval of Sales Reports and Quarterly P&L and B/S Reports

  • Contribution to the overall regional design of reporting and consolidation

  • Business partnering, support and alignment with Local Finance Managers, Business Unit Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams

  • Monitoring of Dashboard/Scorecard accuracy

  • Ensure strict adherence to Audit (CIA and PwC) and Compliance requirements

  • Direct, train, supervise, and evaluate direct reports to enhance their performance, development and ownership of work product

  • Sustainable staff turnover & quality retention

  • Improve processes and quality of services provided to the customer

  • Promote end‐to‐end standardized approach

  • Responsibility for new business transitions within the Pharm organization – some travel involved, especially during project go lives

  • Continuous development, training & tutoring of the team

  • Representation of GFS (A2R Reporting) in projects, meetings & workshops

  • Act as backup for Financial Reporting and Data Integrity Manager


  • Master degree in Economics

  • Advanced knowledge of English

  • Min. 3 yrs working experience (ideally in a SSC environment) & People Management experience

  • Very good Finance & Accounting knowledge and background

  • Perfect understanding of P&L and B/S and other fin. statements

  • Ability to work under time pressure and set priorities

  • ERP/SAP & BI/BW knowledge

  • MS Office Applications literacy

  • Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills
