Manage the boutique's sales performance and service standards.
To ensure that the merchandise is displayed effectively using promotional material to reflect current demand.
Lead by example in client recruitment and development of client loyalty through CDM activities.
Achieve the boutique capture rate and mystery shop result targets.
Handle any customer relations and customer product returns in line with Dior standards and procedures.
Awareness of competitor activity and ensure the team are updated and where required points are raise to the General Manager to ensure maximum sales productivity.
Full knowledge of back office functions and boutique analysis (CDM, client recruitment, P&L, store activities, stock control, reports, VM rules etc).
Ensure that the boutique maintains the correct basic stock levels.
To work closely with the Product Merchandising Manager in HQ to provide effective feedback, ensuring that popular selling lines are replenished on time.
Ensure the VM guidelines are adhered to and support requested when required for maximisation of sales.
Employee's relations and staff training/development
To take part in the recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation and development of the staff.
Oversee and manage employee performance appraisals and highlight employees for development.
To prepare a succession plan for all key positions within the Boutique.
To communicate effectively in order to develop a stable team and a succession plan for your business.
Hold morning briefings and motivate the team to achieve the objectives.
Network with Dior management to share best practices.Profil
Extensive business management and retail experience in the luxury goods or services, or fashion retail sectors.
Existing International Clientelle network in the Elite sector is preferred
Experience in managing VIP client events
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Outstanding sense of customer service, sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity
Strong knowledge of fashion, trends and specifically RTW product division.
Fluency in a second language (preferred)
