Edwards Lifesciences Compliance Analyst in Czech Republic

Role Purpose:

This role is a critical part of the Compliance Department, serving to enhance the company’s ethics and compliance program, and is responsible for supporting the implementation of, and ensuring commitment to, Edwards’ Code of Conduct and the MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice

Job Functions:

  • Be responsible for healthcare compliance policy monitoring

  • While acting as a team delegate to specified business units, be responsible for conducting 1) targeted employee and 3P training; 2) metrics tracking; 3) HCP payment approval in Coupa; 4) vendor due diligence management in Securimate; 5) distributor and agent approval in RFG’s Compliance Desktop tool; 6) compliance investigation or monitoring case entry in EthicsPoint case management tool; 7) Annual Needs Assessment management; 8) clinical study support, including contract review if necessary; 9) indirect sponsorship contract management

Qualifications:

Required Education/Skills/Experience:

  • Legal, internal audit, and/or health care compliance experience, ideally at a pharmaceutical or medical device company

  • Comprehensive understanding of the MedTech Europe Code

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Automated “prior approval” platform experience and expertise
