HR ADVISOR with Slovak & English

Location: Prague

Full time permanent contract

Are you willing to work in Shared Services center organization, multinational company with strong background? We are looking for a candidate to join our HR Services team on a position as HR Advisor based in Prague 5. We are seeking for enthusiastic and proactive team player, who would like to work in open minded and friendly HR Services team.


  • Administration of HR Employee Database

  • Processing of employment related requests and questions

  • Record (employee files) management as per legal or company requirements

  • Data Administration related to following HR processes:

  • Onboarding

  • Hiring

  • Personal Data Changes

  • Maternity and Parental Leave

  • Benefits

  • Job and Compensation Changes

  • Terminations

  • Preparation of employment contracts and other HR documents, such as termination letters or contract amendments

  • Main point of contact for employees in Slovak Republic

  • Simplification and harmonization of HR processes (mainly related to Slovak Republic)

  • Creation of process documentation

  • Involvement in Training of new colleagues

  • Communication with external vendors (e.g. medical provider, life insurance provider, benefits provider etc.)

  • Creation of Purchase Orders in Ariba tool


  • Experience in customer service or shared service center – min. 1-year

  • Experience in multinational company

  • Experience in HR - advantage

  • Knowledge of Workday or any CRM system – advantage

  • Native Slovak language and fluent knowledge of English

  • Czech language – advantage

  • Professional communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and ability to learn fast

  • Stress resistance

  • Can do attitude and Drive for continuous improvement

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work towards deadlines

  • Early adopter of technology

  • Readiness to work in virtual environment
