Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP)

The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is aimed to raise future Human Resources Leaders of Johnson & Johnson. This elite program is designed for fresh graduates or young professionals with up to 2 years of experience to accelerate their career within reputable international company. It is followed by permanent placement within Johnson & Johnson HR organization.
What is Human Resources Leadership Development Program?
The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is a full-time 3-year program. It consists of 3 one-year long rotations over three different functions of Human Resources in Johnson & Johnson. You can’t choose which rotations you will be assigned – it may be role from Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration, Employee and Labor Relations, HR Business Partnering, HR Knowledge Management or may be even some other area of HR. In terms of location you will be primarily based in Prague, Czech Republic where we have HR hub for Europe – Middle East – Africa region.
HRLDP is global trainee program of Johnson & Johnson so if you join us on this journey you will be part of Global Community of fellow HRLDP colleagues from all over the world. You will be working on your assigned role, as well as special projects together with global HRLDP group.
If you graduated between 2016-2018 and you have maximum of 2 years of previous work experience, you are the person we are looking for! The start date of the program is between 1st July and 1st August 2018 based on your graduation date and agreement. Deadline for applications is 30th April 2018!
Successful candidate will be meeting these criteria:
Graduated from your bachelor or master degree from related area within 2016-2018 – to be graduated in spring 2018 is also acceptable
Previous experience of maximum 2 years – we expect successful candidate to have already some experience from HR area – internship or full time experience
Fluent English – spoken and written
Other European language on fluent/native level is an advantage
Demonstrated interest in developing a career in human resources
Highly collaborative – can deliver strong results in close partnership with colleagues, leaders and external stakeholders – not afraid of communication with senior leadership
Demonstrated early leadership aptitude, including the ability to communicate effectively, engage and influence others
Ability to build very strong stakeholder relationships, including balancing the needs and perspectives of multiple stakeholders across a global matrix organization
Global mindset – desire to collaborate with cross-regional partners and solve enterprise-level challenges
Geographically mobile for four years, including the three-year duration of program and the year following program graduation is required
