INTERCOMPANY ANALYST

Full time, Permanent contract

Prague

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of invoices for Intercompany customers

  • Raising and releasing Sales Order in JDE

  • Creation of Purchase Order in SAP Lynx

  • Communicating charges to affiliates & resolve any discrepancies

  • Ensure alignment between affiliates and Customer Service/Sourcing

  • Process finance adjustments from Warehouse, Customer Service and Intercompany affiliates

  • Correcting and communicating charges with incorrect VAT, ICP or freight

  • Match invoices with incoming payments

  • Communicating variances with paying affiliates

  • Initiation of payments of credit notes

  • Preparation of AR statements on monthly basis

  • Book accruals and statement reconciliation

  • Communication of the balance to the business partners

  • Preparation of Aging report

  • Regular follow up on reconcilling items

  • Performing of closing activities

  • Closing Accounts Receivable ledgers

  • Execution of various supporting reports

  • Reconciliation of owned accounts

  • Solving of Long Outstanding Receivables

  • Communication of AR balance with AP side to avoid Out of balance

Qualifications

  • Financial & accounting background

  • MS Office (advanced MS Excel knowledge required)

  • Advanced level of written and oral English

  • Willingness to learn, responsibility

  • Good analytical skills

  • Ability to work under preassure

  • Good time management & ability to set priorities

  • Team spirit, strong adaptability skills
