Edwards Lifesciences Senior Manager Talent Development EMEA in Czech Republic
In partnership with business leaders and human resources professionals in EMEA region, the role consists of implementing the Global Talent Development strategy in the region and of translating specific regional needs into concrete programs, tools and processes.
The programs are in the areas of the top talent program, regional development program, leadership development, succession planning, performance management and talent development review processes.
Required Education/Skills and Experience:
A Bachelor degree in a business related field plus 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent development.
Experience driving solutions with Sr. Leadership
Experience in managing a successful top talent / high potential program
Experience in implementing new technologies and innovative learning solutions
Experience using Change management tools and methodologies,
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into development plans
Strong stand-up facilitation, communication (oral and written), interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, including excellent judgment about people, and ability to communicate effectively and remotely in a wide variety of contexts and cultures
A passion for learning with a focus on business impact.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of ambiguity and change.
Project management skills
Previous budget and people management experience
Certifications such as DiSC, MBTI, PCC, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect a plus.
